Calculators on this site (arbitrage, impermanent loss, breakeven, bridge fees, ROI, tax-loss harvesting) provide theoretical estimates based on the inputs you provide and the formulas described in our Methodology.

NumbKit does not guarantee the availability of liquidity, the accuracy of real-time price quotes obtained from third-party APIs, or the reliability of any centralized or decentralized exchange. The user acknowledges that crypto trading depends on execution speed, network conditions (gas fees, congestion, L2 sequencer status), and protocol-specific behaviour beyond our control.

Real-world trading outcomes will differ from calculator results due to:

Slippage and execution latency on live markets

L2 sequencer downtime or transaction reordering

NumbKit shall not be held responsible for impermanent losses, margin liquidations, failed executions, missed-opportunity costs, or any other damages arising from the use of our theoretical estimates. Digital Products — Gumroad as Merchant of Record

When you purchase a digital product from NumbKit, the transaction is processed by Gumroad Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record. Gumroad is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable VAT or sales tax according to your jurisdiction, and is the data controller for purchase information. NumbKit does not receive or store your payment data. Refunds, billing disputes, and tax invoices are handled directly by Gumroad according to their Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NumbKit, its operator (Leticia Verónica Minujen), affiliates, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, opportunity costs, trading losses, tax penalties, regulatory fines, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of, or inability to use, the calculators or content on this site, even if NumbKit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

For free tools, NumbKit's total aggregate liability shall not exceed zero (USD 0), reflecting the absence of any commercial transaction between the user and NumbKit for the use of these calculators. For paid digital products purchased through Gumroad, any liability is limited to the purchase price actually paid for the specific product, and is governed by Gumroad's Terms of Service in their capacity as Merchant of Record.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute arising from the use of NumbKit shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights granted to the user by the laws of their country of residence.
